Return Policy

Here at Standards Clothing, we hope our customers are satisfied with all purchases! Unfortunately, we understand sometimes that items need to be returned or exchanged. Our Return Policy is store credit for all items that are returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Returns

  • Returns must be in original condition, unused, unworn, no stains, odor, or pet hair.
  • All tags must be attached to the original item(s).
  • All packing slips must be included with the return.

Items NOT Eligible for Returns

  • Sale Items
  • Items that are returned past 14 days of delivery
  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items that are damaged, altered, stretched, or have any stains
  • Items that have odor or pet hair

Additional Information

  • All returns will be issued refunds in the form of a Digital Gift Card.
  • Once delivered to our headquarters, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). Along with that we will notify you of approval or rejection of your item(s).
  • The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
  • We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Due to our limited quantities we cannot guarantee an exchange.
  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item(s), it must be reported to us within 3 business days of receiving. If not the item(s) are considered wear and tear and are not eligible for return.
  • We are NOT responsible for reshipping items with incomplete or incorrect addresses. If item(s) are returned to our headquarters for insufficient addresses, you may choose to have items reshipped to you at your expense.

Cancel or Modify Order

  • If you need to make any changes to your order or need to cancel, please email us at customerservice@standardsclothing.com immediately after placing your order. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify or cancel the order.
  • Changes in price or promotional codes are not valid on previously placed orders. Our team will do our best to assist you with all your order needs.

Return Shipping Instructions

  • Refer to Return Policy above to ensure your return meets all requirements.
  • Once all requirements are met (click here) to request your returned label.
  • In the subject line please include your order number and if you are returning/exchanging the item(s).
  • Securely package your item(s) in the package they were received or a similar package.
  • Be sure to enclose a copy of you packing slip.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return once our headquarters have received the package.
